Today is an excellent to celebrate the Christmas season because today is Go Caroling Day. Do you like to sing? Honestly, I know several who despise singing music and would rather be on the receiveing end. However, if you are one of those people, maybe today is the day to sing Christmas carols to lighten the moods of others; they might need it. To be honest, I’ve never gone Christmas caroling, but today would be a good day to start. Below, I’ll explain what to do for Christmas caroling or what to do if you can’t.
“What Christmas carols should I sing?” Well, I’m glad you asked! I personally think that you sing a mixture of Christian and secular music. For example, you could sing “Silent Night,” “O Holy Night,” “We Wish You a Merry Christmas,” and “Jingle Bells” are some classics that most people enjoy to hear this time of year.
“What if I can’t go carolling today?” Well, you can go carolling some other time. There five more days until Christmas. Another possibility is to sing wherever you go today hopefully lightening the mood of others, or you could play Christmas music from your favorite artist with your phone, tablet, or computer.
Finally, if you do go caroling, remember that Jesus is the Reason for the season. Incidentally, let’s make everything be “Para la gloria del Señor” or “For the glory of the Lord.” All the glory, honor, and praise must be given to God in the Highest. As you go caroling today, thank the Lord for His goodness and His sacrifice so that we “should not persish but have everlasting life.”
Have an amazing Wednesday!
PARA LA GLORIA DEL SEÑOR,
